Assaisonn\u00e9e avec une touche de coriandre et de citron vert, vous pourrez d\u00e9guster cette salade avec des saveurs d’\u00e9t\u00e9. De quoi accompagner les derniers beaux jours du mois d’ao\u00fbt.<\/p>\n

230 g de p\u00e2tes au bl\u00e9 complet<\/p>\n

200 g de tomates cerises ou tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es<\/p>\n

1 oignon blanc<\/p>\n

1 avocat<\/p>\n

200g de feta faible en mati\u00e8re grasse<\/p>\n

2 cs de coriandre<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Pour l’assaisonnement :<\/strong><\/p>\n

100 ml de babeurre<\/p>\n

le jus 1\/2 jus de citron vert<\/p>\n

1\/2 cc d’ail en poudre ou une gousse d’ail<\/p>\n

sel, poivre (selon vos go\u00fbts)<\/p>\n

Pr\u00e9paration :\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Faites cuire les p\u00e2tes en suivant les instructions donn\u00e9es sur l’emballage. Coupez pendant ce temps les tomates cerises, l’oignon blanc, l’avocat et la feta en petits morceaux et hachez la coriandre.<\/li>\n
  2. Pour l’assaisonnement, versez dans un mixeur la chair de l’avocat avec le babeurre et les \u00e9pices jusqu’\u00e0 obtenir une consistance cr\u00e9meuse.<\/li>\n
  3. M\u00e9langez ensuite les p\u00e2tes avec les autres ingr\u00e9dients et l’assaisonnement et servez la salade.<\/li>\n
  4. Pour un peu de d\u00e9coration, vous pouvez rajouter quelques feuilles de basilic frais.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
